工具和AI的增强，让个体能力拓展。劳动密集型行业由于投入过大，产出和个体一样随机而渐渐亏本。任何被强力工具改造的行业，都会进入这一阶段。

举例：

* 媒体 媒体的制作，比如写作，剪辑等都被新工具改造。在改造发行途径之后，自媒体个数井喷。同时导致电影电视明星开始抱团输出。当抱团的明星都无法拉回收视率时，自媒体将统治媒体/视频娱乐行业。
* 游戏行业。工具的改进，比如电脑的加速，软件的更易操作，让少数几个开发者就能开发游戏。手机平台的流行，让游戏发行成本相比游戏机和PC的平台发行模式降低。之后产生的steam平台也促使PC发行成本降低。这导致了很多独立游戏的出现，挤占了总游戏时间。大游戏公司开始难以为继，因为他们需要补贴不赚钱的项目。(国区除外，无法拿到游戏审批让独立团队还没法对能拿到版号的大游戏公司形成竞争)
