# 系统教育终结，项目教育兴起

系统性教育适合工业社会。工人需要在学校学习一定的技能，从业后则因为技术进步不够快而不太需要更新知识。系统性教育让工人在年幼时尽快学习技能，为之后40+年的工厂工作提供所有的知识。

而信息时代之后，技术进步明显增速。层出不穷的产品像梗一样迅速过时。一代一代的产品也像一代一代的梗一样，不断建立在前一代的基础上。所以系统性的短暂培训，在进入社会的很短时期内就会过时。这时候就需要依赖项目式的教育了。

项目式教育，或者说是头痛医头，脚痛医脚式的教育，是为了解决当下问题而产生的教育。在项目中遇到了问题，为了解决该问题而找到的教育资源，就是项目式教育。项目式教育有一些特点：

* 内容简约，解决问题
* 跟随问题的演进而不断演进

项目式教育可以被看作是说明书式的教育。用户期待使用说明书解决当下迫在眉睫的问题。说明书需要的是简约，着重在解决方案而不是工作原理。并且说明书还需要随时更新，以适应不断变换的现实问题。

从客户要求可以看出，试图用系统性教育的方法来满足项目式教育的要求，就很容易被用户嫌弃。系统性教育周期较长，更多涉及原理，还长年没有更新。尝试将系统性知识使用在项目中，也常常陷入现实的泥潭。所以在系统性教育发达的2022年，各种项目式教育的课程通过知识付费的方式，发展出了一整个产业。整个知识付费产业都来源于系统性教育无法满足当下客户的项目需求。
